Two-week research sprint — As part of my initiative to help Beeline enact a UX research mindset, I created guidelines on how to perform a two-week research sprint (modeled after the famous design sprint from Google).

Executive report for usability testing  — I regularly presented the findings of our usability tests to the executives at Beeline. This PowerPoint deck was designed to be used as both a report to be emailed and a visual aid in a presentation.

101 Financial project — I led the complete redesign of the 101 Financial website and mobile app. This was an expansive project, going from new customer recruitment to enrolling in the basic class to advancing into the top tier of financial counseling.

LDS Philanthropies donation project — I helped lead the complete redesign for online payments for LDS Philanthropies, which is the official donation office for both The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its flagship college, Brigham Young University.

AirCycle Project — No matter how good your product is, if you can't communicate clearly to the customer and help them quickly see why they need your service then you are going to fail. Here is how I solved this exact kind of issue for Livewell.

Matches Web Application — I was the resident UX expert for internal web and mobile applications at Cadillac Jack. Since they were internal, this means there isn't any of my Cadillac Jack work out on the web for you to see, but I have a sample made from wireframes for you here.
